Tires for my Tow Vehicle.

Got to give a great praise for good service to Discount Tire Co. Today I lost the tread on right rear outside dually and it did take out the plastic fender and bed panel, mud flap and some wiring for clearance lights.

Went into to Orem, Utah Discount Tire. I had purchased the Michlen tires from Discount Tire in Texas with extended warranty. No problem with service.. I ask to check the others and they replaced all 5 tires under warranty for me. (One was replaced last year). So my cost for 5 new tires with a new warranty was $249,,,, Can't beat that for taking care of customers.

Discount Tire people are great people. I have been buying tires there for about 35 years now. I ALWAYS get the warrenty/tire certificates. It is well worth it just for the tire rotations and balancing. I even bought the certificates for the 5th wheel tires. Another plus, they are all over the place and them guy and gals works their collective butts off.

Can you still file a claim with Michlein for your damages Jim ??
