how to check my ac it shuts off by it's self.

we have a edge and our a/c unit shuts off by it's self after a while comes back on. with out cooling off trailer.

I'm guessing you have the switch on "cool auto" the set point to the lowest setting? Watch for a vent aiming at the thermostat.
