Just made our first little trip with our torque TQ291. Great experience with little to no problems. Coming from a complete green horn to RVs. If you get one of these make sure they give you tie-downs for toys. Man can you believe a toy hauler with no tie downs. Just talked to the dealer today about installing a ladder for roof access. Nope not on this model. Carry a ladder or park close to a tree. The RV vets know what to ask but this was my first purchase. Pulling with a 6.7 Cummins H@S XRT PRO 2400 miles Avg 13 MPG overall. Could not keep my foot out of it. Great rig and glad we got into the RV scene.

I would call Heartland with your vin number and ask them about the ladder. I have seen other install them on rvs that did not come from the factory. Ernie

Thanks Ernie, I have seen trailers on the road with ladders on the side instead of the rear so I am sure there is a way that it can be done. I will contact them with the vin and see. Thanks again John
