Hot water issue?

Does anyone else have issue with the hot water? Ours runs from cold to hot. It's like the water lines are hooked up somehow wrong. Allowing hot then cold water to come out of the shower head? You think you have it set hot, then bamb cold water hits you.
I will be shutting off the city water this evening and trying it with the water pump and tank water to see if it may be in the water valve there.

Check your by-pass valve settings you may have one the wrong way.

I would also check your outside and inside showers. If they shut off by the handle and not the hot and cold water valves, I think they will also mix the water. Ernie

Definitely check the exterior shower handles to make sure they are complete off. Also make sure your by-pass valve in the UDC is in the correct position, completely in place.

When I had that problem the culprit was the outside shower handle was not completely off.

Yep, I agree with all the previous post make sure the outside shower is off. Both Hot and Cold handles and the locking water release handle on the wand. This was my problem earlier this season.

none of that was the issue. Guess we will be looking to find the cause.
