ATF: MPG - Window Leak

I have a window leak. It's a fairly slow drip coming from the lower left edge of the front window. Should I just put a silicon bead around the whole window?

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Window leaks are fairly common.
First, I would not use silicone. Use a good flexible sealant. Emphasis on good.
Second, clean out the old sealant and wipe the area to be sealed with some mineral spirits. Stay away from the stick on graphics.
Third, seal only the top and sides.
Are you sure that the leak is from around the window and not the window glass seal itself?
After you get it sealed up, and all is dry take a garden hose to it and verify that the leak has stopped.
Sometimes water leaks can be tricky to find.

Peace

I had the same problem, but with the rear window on my 181. I took it into the dealer to fix and they found the window seal had failed. They took the glass out and resealed it with quality super-dooper sealant. They suggested to me afterwards to crack a window or the vent when operating the AC. The air pressure builds up inside the unit and that could cause the window seals to fail. Hope this helps.
