Cracked Window by the kitchen counter

We have a 2011 32ft 5th wheel and we noticed a brocken window in may of the year(2012) we have never opened this particular window as it is small and right by the kitchen counter. We contacted our dealer and they took action to have it replaced but continually have run into some sort of problem with Heartland to get a replacement. We have checked with the dealer countless of times but have they tell us that they are still waiting for the replacement. We reported in May of this year and it is now September 29th and we still have no action. This does not bode well for Heartland.What is the holdup!!!!

This does not seem normal. On Monday I would call Heartland and explain the situation. They may offer some insight.
Be sure to have your VIN handy. They will need it and will be able to tell when the window was ordered.

Give Heartland a call. They should be able to tell you when the dealer placed the parts order where things stand. Don't overlook the possibility that the dealer may have dropped the ball in some way.
