I have a 2013 Landmark with a Norcold 12101M Refrigerator (4 Door) and can not figure out how to Winterize the Ice Maker.

Do you have the manual for the refrigerator? This is from the generic manual, section titled "Ice Maker Storage."

Close the vehicle water supply valve to the ice maker
Push the ice maker arm up until it locks in the OFF position.
Remove the garden hose adapter from the water solenoid
Remove the ice maker water line from the water solenoid - don't unwrap the water line heater wires from around the water solenoid valve.
Drain all of the water from both the water supply line and the ice maker water line.
Put the end of the water supply line, the end of the ice maker water line, and the water solenoid valve each into a clean plastic bag.
Use tape to close each plastic bag around the water lines and the water solenoid valve.

Here's the link to the Thetford site (http://www.thetford.com/HOME/PRODUCTS/NorcoldRefrigerators/1210/DocumentsFor1210/tabid/298/Default.aspx). Looks like the manuals cover multiple models - GE would be for Gas/Electric models.
