We have a 3300 rlb. There is no heat vent in the master bedroom. Is this a manufacturing flaw or are they all constructed with no heat vent?

Our 3300RLB also does not have a heating vent in the master bedroom. Here is my guess as to why.

1. Too long of distance from the furnace to be effective. Even the air flow in the bathroom is low and not that warm.
2. Not very easy to find a good routing path to the bedroom for a vent line. It would block the bottom storage area more than the one to the bath room does already.
3. Heat is supposed to rise, so perhaps the thought is the heated air in the rest of the trailer will migrate to the higher bedroom.

We've learned to just live with it. We do notice a heating effect due to #3 above, but it is a slow effect.

Thanks for the response HANock. Your explanation sounds reasonable. I do wish they had a vent in the MBR, though. We camp in cold weather and the bedroom could use a little heat.

In our Augusta it is to hot so we have adjustable vents in both the bath and bedroom and it still get to hot up there. The only way to keep it cooler is to keep the sliding curtain/door closed and the bath closed off as well. You can fry eggs on the bath vent.

Get a little ceramic heater for the BR. The one Patty bought will run you out of the BR.
