Stove top hotter.

I don't think so. The btu at the RV stove top is regulated by the government. That is why they went from a 4 burner to a three burner stove top, so they could make one hotter. Perhaps a two burner top might be hotter.

"Hotter" is subjective. Our front burner has a flame comparable to any home gas range I've ever used. If you're getting a puny flame, you may have a problem with propane feed to the stovetop. When the propane feed is marginal, other more demanding appliances usually display a problem. Have you run your furnace recently? Is the stove top hotter when running of one propane tank or the other?
