Great shop in Lexington, SC (near Columbia)

We highly recommend Tony's RV Repair and Service in the Columbia, SC, area (tonysrv.com). We have had numerous problems with our 2012 Landmark Grand Canyon (99% were with components, not Heartland's work). Discovered Tony's early in the game and have driven many miles out of our way to have them work on our rig. They have bent over backwards to get our repairs done and have let us stay many nights on their lot with electric and water hooked up (no dump station). They do warranty work for all the major manufacturers. We recommend them to all our RVing friends. The warranty manager is Dan Hand, a super nice guy who really knows his way around the complexities of dealing with warranty issues.

Thanks for the info on a repair place. Sometimes, especially when someone is traveling, finding a repair place can be difficult. We do travel thru SC a lot so will put this down in our travel notebook.

We have used Tony's RV several times for service work. They do outstanding work. SouthernNights had them do some work on a slide issue that they had and was happy with them.

Yup, good work. Actually went there for a fridge repair based on Dale's recommendation. After seeing their shop, I asked if they could repair the slide that the factory thought should be done back in Elkhart. Long story short, it involved cabinet work and they have a complete cabinet shop on their premises.
