I got a little bored last week and made some stuff. One was a cover for the Trail Air made from some heavy vinyl material and the other is a rain guard to prevent rain from coming in between the big slide and the awning. Photos attached.

It rests on the awning arm and slide out. I picked an angle that I thought would be used the most for the awning. Sized up a board (3/8 plywood) to extend 3 inches over the awning and 3 inches over the edge of the slide. I marked it at the top and notched it to fit around the awning bracket. I then marked where it would intersect with the slide out facia and notched that in about 4". I then cut another length of plywood for the side piece and held it up and marked the angle. Both pieces are screwed to a 2X2 and it just sits there. No hold downs at all. It has been pretty windy today and has not budged. The plan is to put it on the floor when we travel and when we park, if the awning isn't out, I'll just lay it upside down on the slide. :p
