Heartland Customer Service is the best!!!

We had the pull cable on the black water tank of our new 2013 Sundance 3270RES fail on New Years day. I called Heartland Customer Service on Wednesday 1/2, and they connected me to a very knowledgeable guy in the parts dept. It is now Friday 1/4 and the replacement cable assembly was at my house in SC before lunch today! Great job Heartland!
