Dual TV connectors--Inside / Outside

My wife and I have a 2013 Norh Trail 21 FBS. The unit is setup for cable only.
We have Tailgater which uses RG6 cable.
We make our satellite connection running a flat cable through the bathroom window. Looks hokey.
Recently I had an outside shower problem and had to pull the box out to fix a kinked hose.
I got a decent look inside and saw the coax ran pretty smoothly from the external jack to the connection inside the TT.
If I had dual connectors inside and outside, running the RG6 looks pretty straight forward and not a tough job.
I tried camping world and could not find dual connectors.

Anyone out there have any ideas.

Thanks John

Diplexers on both ends of the coax will allow you to run both satellite and cable tv signals over the same coax. You can use a dual port wall plate to make it neat. There is another thread where there are detailed instructions and diagrams if needed. Diplexers look like but are not the same as splitters.

Link for the thread with instructions.
