Hey guys, new here and to Heartland products. We did some camping way back but the bug was biting us again to hit the road. We will be taking delivery of our Wilderness 2750RL at the first of the week.

Hi Dtaylor52,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and family. We have a great bunch of people here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

There is NO medicine or cure for the camping bug. So do a really good PDI and get your stuff in your Wilderness and go camping. Going camping eases the pain a little,, but joining the Heartland Owners Club and attending rallies when you can makes the pain a whole lot less. You meet the best people and make friends for a life time and eat the best food... so that's what helps a lot with the pain. :)

Enjoy the forum and lets go camping.

I just looked at one of these units online and you have one if the best designed pull trailers that Heartland makes.
Many great features for your family to enjoy for years ahead. Have fun!

That model is almost identical to our North Trail and you will love it. We have had our North Trail two years plus and have pulled it more than 15k miles all over Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. The only problems we had have been tire problems and those were easily fixed. Enjoy!

We just returned from an 1,100-mile maiden voyage with our Wilderness 2750RL. It pulls and handles great. We love it. The mattress wasn't the best (not even good), so we purchased a new one. I have never seen an original-equipment mattress that was much good. We pulled the trailer with a 2012 Ford F-150 (ecoboost with basic tow package) and it handled it very well. We feel great about this purchase.
