Problems with repair facility or the Heartland??

I taking my trailer back again for repairs that have not been completed since I purchased my trailer in Devember of 2006. At this point Ray's RV is stating that Heartland is to balme for the slow response in providing the materials needed to make the necessary repairs to the trailer. Could you plaese send me a number where I can contact someone who can help me solve my problems.

Call Jim Fenner in Heartlands Customer Service Department at 574-262-8030. I'm sure that he will be able to give you some assistance. Hope that you can get your concerns resolved completely and quickly.

My experience with Heartland is that they respond very promptly! Dealers on the other hand are a completely different story...they're not immune from "telling tales" either to cover their "you know what"!!

Our dealer is "one of the best". Service is not. Stories and tall tails. It took a year to get things done, but they are finished. Heartland stood behind us.
