Slideout Problem

My slideouts are dragging again. They have had a fix before and I thought that took care of the problem. The bottom of the slide is tearing in spots. I have a 2006 Bighorn that I bought new. What does the factory recommend.

I traded this 5th wheel for a 2008 Bighorn. The only problem I have now is a squeaky kitchen floor. Really like this 5th wheel.
