Tilted slide

Dear Scott, would it be possible to get a manual on how to adjust the slides. We have one on our new BH that really seem to hang low at the rear. I would rather do as much on our coach as I can. Not sure if our dealer is real competent, and a real pain to get there. Besides I would like to know how to repair our coach if somethings happens on the road. Is it possible to call and get tech support over the phone if we are in the middle of nowhere Montana. By the way are there any Heartland dealers in Montana? Bob, Patty and Baby the crazy cat. PS love the BH looked for 2 years, still came back and bought a BH.
