3650RL Storage Door Magnet Warning.

I love the magnet idea that holds the storage door open on our 2013 3650RL but be aware that a strong wind can bring the door down!
I think maybe more than one magnet is needed or a safety hook for high wind days. luckily we were not standing next to it when it dropped.

Thanks for the warning. Just looked at a 2014 BC and thought the one magnet, even tho it felt strong, might not be enough.

I saw the magnet latch on the 2013 BCs at Tampa and said neat idea but it will never hold the basement door open with any type of wind blowing. Reason I know is the old lever latch would not hold, and even my two new Hatchlift gas springs will not hold in high gusts. You have keep the door closed in the wind just like your awning.
