South Dakota - From Alberta. Best BBQ Pitstops?

Hey folks,

We are going to Rafter Bar J Campground in July for 10 days.

I love that show - Man vs Food. And also the new one - BBQ Crawl.

We would love to find a great bbq pit restaurant along the way - or even better - right in South Dakota. We are taking the motorbikes so we can probably hit a state on either side of South Dakota. Rapid City South Dakota is the nearest big city.

Any great BBQ pits that you folks know of?

Been going up there for the last 12 years and to date haven't found a great BBQ place. There are acceptable places Famous Dave's and Jake's BBQ

That would be as bad as "Salsa from New York City"!
Gotta get south of Interstate 40 (and maybe even Interstate 30) and West of the Mississippi river and East of El Paso for "Great BBQ" !!!
