General Rv Center

We had our 2008 Big Horn 3055RL in for some repair at General RV in Wayland, Mi and was very pleased with the work that was done. Vern, the service advisor, was through in addressing our concerns and the unit was repaired on time. Thanks also to Gary at Heartland for his help in adjusting the slides and solving our ventig problem on the fresh water tank. We love the trailer.None

Satisfaction at General RV

We had an issue (leaking fresh water tank) with our new 2008 3055 Big Horn. We took it back to General RV in Wixom, MI and they were able to find the problem and get it back to us in 24 hours. There was also low pressure at the kitchen sink faucet and they found debris in the hosing and fixed that also. Jeff, the service advisor, was great and we were very pleased with the turnaround time.
 
We, too, have always had positive experiences with General RV in Wixom. We have bought several RV's from them and they have always gotten us in immediately if there is a problem keeping us from camping. Although there have been a couple of negative issues, they have always gone out of their way to make sure that issues are taken care of and that we are happy. Chris, the service manager, really cares about the quality of their work, and that their customers are satisfied.
