Unfortunately, I was unable to try one of Nellie's muffins at the Rally and wondered if anyone has the recipe for them. Thank you. Heather

I hope this is legible. It is a copy of the muffin mix Nelly uses. She has used this recipee at home as well as many rallys. Nelly crushes the bran flakes after measuring to create a smoother textured mix, crushed or whole flakes work, your preference. Enjoy.

I have to agree with cookie - eaten dozens of them all over the country. It's "good eats"!
