Adding a rear bumper

Hi, I have a 2010 31bdss with the molded back plastic bumper cap. Is there anyone who has changed the rear of their trailer to bumper style so that I could put a bike rack there? Or is this not possible with this model?

Before my North Trail I had a Fun Finder the came with a frame mounted accessory hitch like this one. Not recommended for double towing but perfect for a bike rack etc. http://www.ultra-fab.com/new_detail.cfm?mfgnum=35-946403
