Counter-top Convection Oven Recommendations

We are looking to purchase a counter-top convection over (for use at home and the trailer). Breville seems to make a good unit by 1800 watts requires a 20-amp circuit and they don't recommend it for RV use. I believe Bighorn limits us to 15-amp service at the outlets. Any recommendations on convection ovens?

I suppose we could replace the built-in microwave with a convection oven but would rather not take that approach.

Thanks!!

You might be able to run a separate "extension cord" out through the bottom or slide and plug it into the 20 amp plug on the pedestal. This is a great idea if you have 30 amp RV not as good if you have 50 amp unit.

I had bought MDH a Wolfgang Puck toaster/ oven/ convection oven and love it. Use is often with no problems. Will cook a frozen pizza, it is curved in back, Bette
