Like many of you, we decided to replace our factory sleeper sofa. DW searched local stores and the Internet for just the right combination of features, size and price. We thought we found the ideal futon. Unfortunately, the ordeal has turned into a nightmare. So far we've received 3 damaged right arms, still waiting for an undamaged arm to complete the futon. The company apparently only returns phone calls and emails when it feels like it. Also unfortunately, we neglected to check the Better Business Bureau website until after we started having problems. We would not have ordered from this company if we'd checked that first. If you're considering a replacement futon in your rig, DO NOT order from Cottonwood Futons in Madison WI. Absolutely the worst customer service we've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
