Slippery Ramp

Just purchased a 2009 Cyclone 3950, told the dealer to have the unit detailed and inspected. Would you believe that they coated the garage and ramp areas with a silicone. Looks pretty BUT.
Slipped/fell, pressure washed with degreaser, Slipped/fell, used more degreaser and straight TSP scrubbed and pressure washed again. Tried to load the bike, rear tire spun, dropped bike. NOT a happy camper.
Does anyone know what I can used to remove silicone residue or have suggestion for replacing ramp covering?
Thanks

You might want to try a mild degreaser. Or, you could take it back to the dealer and make them clean it off. How stupid to put anything slimy/greasy on a plastic ramp door. They probably used what car dealers use in engine compartments. I hate that stuff.
