Other than a Central Vacuum

If your looking for a vacuum other then the central vac that Heartland FW's come with check out the new Shark Rocket stick style vacuum, it is new and getting great reviews by purchasers. The only complaint is that it has to be emptied often. It's electric not battery operated and comes apart for storage.

I've been looking to see where it is sold locally and I've found it at "Bed Bath and Beyond" and with a 20% coupon it's the best price. Walmart also carries it but it's a different model and I think the attachments are the same but basically they are the same.

Unfortunately my wife doesn't care for it and wants a basic Shark so I think she is eyeballing a different Shark model at Home Depot. I think the only problem with this one will be storage.

I have the Shark Rotator Lift Away, it is by far the BEST vacuum I've ever had...beats my Dyson Animal and the Slim that came in the Key Largo, hands down! The handle comes off and makes it very easy to store in the cargo bay....

Like kakampers, we had a Dyson DC14 Animal. Not much longevity for an expensive vacuum. We replaced it a little over 4 years ago with a Hoover Nano. Great little vac and better than the Dyson for a little over $50 at Walmart. Lightweight and easy to ues and maintain. We liked it so much we bought a 2nd one for our little home in WI. Here's a link
I have seen the commercials for that new Shark and it looks pretty cool. I'd consider it when the Nano bites the dust. Pun intended:rolleyes:.
