Broken spring hanger and axle shift

After a crosscountry trip from Virginia to California I found my 2006 3600 Bighorn was not level in spite of a level pad. The reason is a broken hanger plate between the spring and yoke on the passenger side. The spring end is resting on the frame, all the leaves have shifted about a half inch with uneven treadwear on the tires, the inside of one tire is rubbing against a shock hanger and, all bolts on the spring assemblies are loose and wearing the holes into ovals instead of circles. Other than the broken plate the same problems exist on both sides. I am working with my extended warranty for repairs.

Should have inspected the underside when I first noted the treadware.
