I want to express my appreciation to James Fenner & Gary Schellenberg for the great help regarding my recent tire & bearing situation.

I know that some people bash Heartland but my experiences are totally opposite.

Thanks for the kudos to Heartland's customer service manager and one of his staff. I just forwarded the comment on to them. Happy to hear Heartland came through for you.

We had some tire issues as well, after only about 700 miles on them. We replaced them in transit, the tire company paid us for them plus about 25% on top of that "for our troubles".

Heartland has definitely surpassed our dealer service and we are left with very little to be done other than the $5,000 in repairs due to our own accident. Insurance has paid for it but we can't find anyone willing to come out and fix it, lol,,, go figure.

It sure feels good, in these days of waning customer service, to feel backed by a company like we have been with Heartland. James Fenner is faster at returning emails than I am!
