Hello Rmilich1 and welcome to the forum. This is a great place to get and share information about your new Bighorn.
What floorplan did get?
You water pump is located behind the black wall in the basement. You will have to remove a few screws to remove the walls. There are 3 or 4 screws located in the UDC.
Low pressure may not be pump related.
Do you have low pressure when hooked up the city water?
Sometimes debris gets into the screens of the fixtures. Check them out.
Also there are usually a flow restrictor in some fixtures. Normally kitchen and shower.
Come back and let us know what you find.
Since you are in TX be sure to check out one or more Heartland Owners Chapter Rallies. You will meet like minded people as well as get some helpful information from other owners.
There is a lot going on in TX.
Also consider taking advantage of a free one year introductory membership in the Heartland Owners Club.
Links to all this information can be found on the Portal Page.

Peace
Dave

Hi rmilich1,

We have some owner-written user guides that may be helpful to you. Take a look at the Water Systems Guide. There's a detailed discussion with advice and tips on water pressure/flow that starts on page 13.
