Contacting Heartland

I was looking for a tab to Ask the factory, or a tab to contact the Factory. I went to the Heartland official web site a sent them an message, however I tried that once before and never heard from them. I have an issue I would like to address with them and would rather not do it on open forum.

I can appreciate you wanting to discuss some things with the factory privately.

If you want to speak to an owner of the company, engineering, a VP or a department head, call their main number - 574-262-5992. If you want to speak to Customer Service about a repair/maintenance/warranty item, call them directly and toll-free - 877-262-8032.

If you have a peculiar situation and are unsure who to address it with, PM myself or jpmorgan37 and we can advise you who may be best to ask for.

Whatever the issue is Gary, I trust that it can be resolved and hopefully to your satisfaction.
