Lower bottom bunk only

What am I missing??? I have a cyclone and it has the two bunks the bottom one is the couch combo. How do I leave the top bunk all the way up so we have some head room?

If you are speaking about the happy jack bunks. There should be pins that are used to hold the top bunk up off of the chain. They install right under the top bunk storage position and go through the sides of the the chain brackets attached to the walls. My unit is not stored at home so I can not offer pics of my unit but I'm sure some one else will.

Also, you can adjust the brass stops in the rails behind the drive chain the top bunk rest on in the down position.

So the brass stops can be adjusted to bring the bed closer to the ground? Is it a simple adjustment?

Yes, unscrew, move and reattach. There are certain holes that are threaded and only those will take the screws from the stop.

I have a 2012 Cyclone 4014 with the happy jack beds in the garage. As others have said , there should be pins in the four corners of the top bed which hold it in place and prevent it from lowering if you only want the bottom bed to go down.
