ATF: North Trail - location of studs to install a rear ladder

i want to add a ladder to the rear of my travel trailer. i am looking for the location of the studs to secure it to rear wall and the roof. is there a measurement or a schematic that will show me the location of the studs to achieve this. any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2011 caliber travel trailer model 3250 KBH serial 5SFNB3527BE222307.

You might do better to call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.

You may have problems getting the information. I wanted to add a ladder to my previous TT (Not Heartland) and tried to get the info from Camping World. They told me to contact the manufacture (Keystone).
The told me that they could not give me the info due to liabilities, and told be to contact the dealer.

I eventually had to have the dealer install it at a cost of around $100.

If you can catch a cold morning, the condensation pattern on the fiberglass sides of the trailer will reveal the location of the studs.

Call HL. I believe they have given this info before.
