We have been full-timers for 4 years now, but soon will need a "mail forwarding service". We live in Oregon and do not wish to change our residency. Does anyone have some ideas of who to contact for this service. Thanks.

Good Sam provides a mail forwarding service that allows you to either claim Florida residence or continue using your current residence if you so desire. Naturally, it's cheaper if you are a Good Sam member, but I do not believe it is mandatory.

Your best bet is to use a UPS mailbox address in Oregon...it keeps everything legit! They will ship your mail when and wherever you want..

When we were full time, we used our Sons address in the same state we called our residence. We supplied him with manilla envelopes and address labels and postage. He would forward our mail once a week to where ever we needed it to go.

We live in Oregon and have had a box at the UPS store for 20 years. When we sold the house a few years back and went fulltime, we changed the rest of our mail to that address. While we traveled they would send all of our mail on request to wherever we were. We usually had them send it express to the local post office General Delivery. Last summer we built a house on an acre in Bend and have all of our mail go to a similar establishment. We don't even have mailbox out on the street. Works for us. Drivers license, truck registration, voter stuff, taxes everything.
