Dining chair repair

This probably applies to other Heartland rigs besides Landmark. One of our dining room chairs (with underseat storage) had the seat and back separate at the mortice and tenon joint. After inspection only a few braid nails were used to attach the four braces inside the seat storage. The braces are pre-drilled for screws. I applied some glue to the mortice and tenon joint and clamped until dry. I also took out all the corner braces, pulled out braid nails, applied some glue to the back, and screwed the braces back in. That helped improve the sturdiness of both chairs.

Just one of the many problems I have experienced with my 2013 Landmark. The dealer took the chair apart and re-glued everything. It was loose as it could be.
