Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and family. We have a lot of great folks here with lots of good information and all willing to share when needed.
With hitch set to proper height and installed correctly, you probably will not have a problem on most normal turns. My concern is I am pretty sure you will be way overloaded on weight. I'm sure we will get more opinions soon.

Jim is right. I think your first concern is overloading your tow ratings with that F250. I recommend you visit FifthWheelSt.com and read the Before You Buy RV... article. If the sales person told you the 250 can tow it just fine... That's just another sells pitch.
