We lost our bathroom lights, vanity and recessed light, twice over the last month, the first time we used the bathroom by the bedroom recessed lights at night and woke up with the lights on in the morning, checked fuses, non-burned out, and pulled the switch everything looked OK.
Yesterday it did it again during the day so this time I pulled the 12 volt panel and found a surprise, a spade connector that had yellow plastic was burnt black and once I examined it I could see the wire was loose and thus causing the over heading and shorting out. But it never blew the fuse. Once I put a new connector on it we were OK and now every thing is working OK.
PS - I did shut the electricity off at the pedestal, but forgot the battery. Fortunately I didn't cross any wires.
