Harvey, the roof vents are pretty much standard size, 14". Replacements are readily available but you will need to determine the brand and possibly the model number of the existing vent. The reason is the way they attach may differ.
I just replaced the cap on the vent of our FD cargo trailer. Remove the cap and take it to a RV parts dealer. There is some variation in the hinging, but the size is pretty much standard.
Just to add, the hinge may be nothing more than a rolled tube within a tube. It's held in place by bendable tabs at either end of the tube attached to the cap. Just bend one enough to slide the inner tube out and you're done. You may need to remove the handle mechanism from inside the rig in order to get the lift bar to move far enough to get it out of the slot in the cap. Two screws hold it in.
