Shower Enclosure Re-do

After trying several time to stop leakage around the enclosure, I thought it best to just take it apart and start from scratch. I removed and threw away all the factory generic screws and replaced with stainless. Some places I used countersunk and others round head. The first problem I found was they installed the channel that attaches to either side of the shower wall about 3/8" up from the base. I radiused that channel and the side wall corners so they fit flush with the base. It's all back together now and time will tell, but so far, no leaks. A few pictures are attached. Note how the corners of the door frame fit together. This is a quality enclosure, it just needed a little better installation. It's all in how much time ($$) is spent.
