Condensation on inside of convection oven-

Hi All,

We just got our new Big Horn fifth wheel and are loving it!

We have a High Pointe micro/convection oven. I have not used a convection oven before. I like what I've done so far. I have noticed condensation on the roof of the oven though and don't know if this is normal. I know that there is a fan that make things cook faster. I thought there would be an outtake that would remove the steam. We have opened the vent behind the oven on the outside of the rig but I think that only works when the fan is on, not the oven.

So is condensation normal? We want to be sure it's operating properly while it's still under warranty.

Thanks!

We get that in our Apollo Half-time oven when microwaving, if there is a lot of moisture in the food. In the half-time and convection modes, the heaters evaporate the moisture, but they are not on during microwave mode, so it will accumulate. Per the owner's manual, we just wipe it out with a paper towel.
