Cuddos to Heartland Customer Service

I just want to give cuddos to Scott McDaniel at Heartland for great customer service! We purchased our 2013 ElkRidge in May of last year, so we have had it for a while. While going through some of our original paperwork, I discovered that our rig should have had the nice pillow top mattress in it. But we sure didn't get one!!!! Our mattress is a very cheap Walmart type and I've had to add several pieces of foam to make it bearable. My bad, I never lifted the bedspread during the PDI to check the mattress so all this time I assumed we had the right mattress. In fact our PDI didn't even address the mattress. After contacting Scott, Heartland is shipping us a new pillow top mattress after almost a year of ownership!!! Thanks Scott!!
