I'm new to the landmark 2012 sanantonio. I have a power rewind system but cannot find the power switch which will assure the rocker works when toggled. I've looked everywhere. Any help is appreciated

The rocker is the power switch. It's 12V and the other end of the wire is either in the fuse box or more likely at one of the mini-breakers next to the battery. I've never traced it, but on our Rushmore the unlabeled breaker 2nd from the left in the picture below is probably to the power reel.
