Honda 650 Generator

I was given a Honda 650 generator that did not work. After a few minutes of fixing and a full tank of gas it now works like a charm. Is this big enough to run a few lights and charge my battery with out doing any damage to my electrical systems? I'm pretty sure it will not run any of the appliances.

Definitely the battery and lights. It would also run a TV unless maybe it is a large CRT type.
