2013 big country stereo

We bought a 2013 big country rv model 3450ts and can't get the stereo system working. Can someone tell me how to take the stereo out of the wall, I already took the screws out but for some reason seem like the wires are in the way and I don't know how to get to them without tearing the frame out

Most of the wires are on the right hand side as you look at it. You should be able to kinda tilt it from the left and just pull it out. There is no rime or reason to them they are all just shoved in there.
