Converter AM radio buzz

We have a 24RBS and the 110v to 12V converter has caused a buzz on AM radio since new. If unplugged the radio is clear. Radios outside the RV but in the vicinity also pickup the AM buzz. Anyone experience this condition and found a simple solution?

Twist the radio ground and positive wire together from the radio back toward the source as far as you can. If your ground runs to the chassis and the positive continues to the batt source disconnect the ground from the chassis and replace it so that you can twist them together further. This should cause the emissions from the positive and negative wire to cancel each other out. If this does not work, there are other methods. This is the best solution though. While you are in there, check all your charger connections. There should be a large ground running to the chassis. You may need to improve the connection as well as clean it. RV's are notorious for wire caps loosening. Take them off, inspect them, place the cap back on and TAPE them. Please let me know how this works. I spent a half a day inspecting and taping wire caps. Heartland does not pay attention to this detail.

You are not taping for insulation you are taping to prevent the caps from backing off. While you are travelling, but you might as well tape them well while you are at it.
