The Fifth Wheel is home!
We have taken 2 days to get everything packed into the new unit from the motorhome. So far we have installed the basement sliding tray, the new Max Air bathroom fan, removed the dining room table and installed the 4 Trojan batteries.
The next few weekends will be shake-down trips to make our "dealer-to-fix" list - hopefully its small. We love the spacious feel of the high ceilings and overall the coach seems to be tidy and in good order. We have noticed that the drawer bottoms are very weak so we have heavy kitchen items on the floor.
I have only included 1 quick and (lame) photo of the new truck and trailer - sorry I will get more this weekend. I have been going in circles getting her ready!
PS - This is my first Dodge - ever. We have a new F150 and have had a great assortment of super duty Ford trucks over the years - but after having the Cummins in our motorhome there was no going back. It seems to handle the trailer nicely.
Thanks
