3070 RL kitchen table

We have a 2013 model we purchased late last year and are still working through multiple warranty issues (chair replacements, slide issues, central vac, water leaks, etc.), but expect things to get worked out before end of warranty this November.
My question regards the kitchen table - it is screwed to the floor, so you can't sit on the back side. When the leaf is in, you also can't sit on the ends. Seems like it should swivel, but doesn't. Worried about unscrewing because the table would be tippy during travel. Any thoughts?

We have had ours unscrewed for years it never moves

We've also unscrewed ours, as well as replaced the four dining chairs with two REAL Amish made ones. Bought two good wooden folding chairs for guests. No problems.
