Be carefull about what you read in reviews. I was living in San Diego CA but purchased my Cyclone in TX. Used La Mesa RV in San Diego for warranty service. I saw several negitive posts about La Mesa RV but my personal experiance was great. They got me right in, fixed the problem in a matter of days, and were very good to deal with. I had it in for service 3x and each time was a pleasent experiance.
