I just want to extend a public thanx to the Heartland Family and especially Jim Fenner, who took it upon himself to insure my problems (the few I have had) were taken care of...To him I give a personal at-a-boy and very sincere and heartfelt thanx.....Frank:D

I completely agree. We're having conversations with the factory about a pesky leak. Not many other RV companies, or any other consumer companies, would have e-mail messages or phone conversations with the end-user from the factory. They truly have "customer service" at heart and it's not just lip service.
