If you would like to run your grill off the LP tank in your RV, you might want to investigate something like THIS.

Be aware that if you pick up the propane directly from the tank, it's high pressure and will work with most grills because most grills have their own regulators. If you pick up the propane after it goes through a regulator, there are only a very few grills that will work with the low pressure feed.

We purchased a weber Q2200 and had a small propane shop make a "T" and 12' hose set up for the grill. I inserted the "T" after the pressure regulator from the passenger side tank. Works like a wonder.
