In December 2011, we moved into our new home in TN. We put in a 36" GE Profile 5-burner Induction Cooktop. We LOVE it!

We knew we needed pans with steel bottoms. This meant that most of our cookware had to go. Our daughter appreciated that gift :)

At that time, at Bed Bath and Beyond, on-sale, with a 20% off coupon, with a special-gift (an extra pan) and with a promotion of a BB&B gift card for purchasing the pan set, we purchased a Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 13-Piece Cookware Set (link (http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/calphalon-reg-tri-ply-stainless-steel-13-piece-cookware-set/1017467808)).

This set has worked out very well for us. They heat up nice, cook nice and clean up nice. We also like the glass lids.

We also had the need for some non-stick pans. See this thread (https://www.heartlandowners.org/showthread.php/49975) for that information.
